Studying and becoming attuned to Reiki has been a miraculous journey.  When I received my first attunement, I was forever changed.  I will be the first to admit I was skeptical.  But after attunement, I began to feel and experience a beautiful, abiding presence of energy that felt like unconditional love.  Something I had never felt before and had been longing for.  Becoming attuned to Reiki energy helped me to cultivate deep self-love and trust.  It continues to support all aspects my life and my healing journey.

It is an honor and privilege to be an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and it brings me great joy to teach and attune practitioners of all levels.

Attuning to Reiki is a process.  Beyond the intellectual, Reiki is an experiential modality.  It may feel different from the traditional ways you have experienced learning.  I am here to walk alongside you and support you through the experience and beyond.

There are multiple levels of attunement.  The journey begins with a Level I attunement which opens the channel for the energy to flow through your being.  The focus of a Level I Reiki practitioner is cultivating your relationship with the Reiki energy through self-healing.
